My Pivotal Moments

One of my first pivotal moments came early, as a pioneer in eCommerce in the Netherlands, when online retail was still experimental and unproven. Building digital businesses at that stage taught me how to recognise opportunity before it becomes obvious and how to turn uncertainty into commercial momentum.

A second defining moment took me and my family halfway around the world to Australia, where I had the opportunity to design and scale a new national parcel network alongside an incredible team. Working at that scale, redesigning infrastructure, digital platforms, and customer journeys in parallel, fundamentally shaped how I approach transformation. Start with the customer, design for scale, and execute with discipline.

From there, my career evolved into helping organisations accelerate growth through innovation in both large, complex corporates and startups and scale ups where speed and focus are critical. Across technology companies, logistics providers, and startup ecosystems, I have worked alongside leadership teams to launch new business models, scale SaaS and digital services, and turn ambition into measurable results. In several cases, this meant doubling or even tripling revenue, building high performing teams, and creating structures that enable sustainable growth.

What connects these moments is not just what was achieved, but how change was made possible. I bring energy, clarity, and momentum to complex situations. I enjoy working side by side with teams, translating ambition into action, and bringing people with me from leadership to the frontline.
